MONDAY - FRIDAY (Sample Schedule for Week One)
5:45 AM - Karma Yoga (Sweep up Shakti Rooftop Hall) - Group is assigned at orientation meeting.
5:55 AM - Be Ready at the shala in any cross-legged pose.
6:00 - 8:00 AM - Asana Practice (Led Class until day 6, from 7th day onwards - Yoga Therapy Mysore Style).
8:00 - 8:15 AM - Karma Yoga (Fixing up all Props whenever Necessary).
8:15 - 9:00 AM - Breakfast Break
9:00 - 10:00 AM - Housing Karma Yoga (Includes Common Areas as well as your Room).
10:00-10:15 AM - Karma Yoga Check (All Students must be present).
10:30 - 11:30 AM Teaching Practicum
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM - Ayurveda Theory / Yoga Nidra
12:30 - 1:30 pm Asana Methodology / Mudras
1:30 - 4:00 pm Non-Contact Hours (Study Break)
4:00 - 4:15 PM - Tea Break
4:15 - 5:15 PM - Pranayama / Anatomy (Starts on 3rd Week)
5:15 - 6:15 PM - Yoga Philosophy (Patanjali's Yoga Sutras)
6:15 - 6:45 PM - Meditation
SATURDAY
5:45 AM - Karma Yoga (Sweep up Shakti Rooftop Hall) - Group is assigned at orientation meeting.

Rest of the day is a holiday. Students are advised to dedicate this time to practice teaching as well doing their homework.
SUNDAY
Sunday is a holiday. Students are advised to dedicate this day to studying what has been covered throughout the week, to practice teaching at home to their classmates as well as to use this time to prepare their case study.
